Community Childcare Training CE Scheme (Kilkenny), An excellent opportunity to progress in a worthwhile career. 19.5 hours paid work experience in an Early Learning Centre, fully funded QQI qualifications and other associated training provided.

Computer Training

A variety of affordable computer programmes are on offer from the Kilkenny Multimedia Centre to meet individual and group needs. These include ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) and cover a range from beginners to advanced level. Funding for the ICDL course may be available for the unemployed persons (please check the eligibility with FAS).

We also offer other related computer supports such as searching the internet, setting up emails and using Skype and other Social Media programmes.

St. Canices Community Employment Training:

Our Community Employment Schemes’ objective is to provide training opportunities and work experience to unemployed people experiencing difficulties preventing them from returning or entering the labour market.
