Aware (helping to defeat depression) are running a six week free Life Skills Programme which began yesterday 8th October and will run untill 12 November.
This life skills course is to better equip persons with new skills to manage depression or anxiety and get back to living life to the full.
The programme is based on principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, developed by Dr. Chris Williams, University of Glasgow. Brought to communities throughout Ireland by Aware.
It is 90 minutes a week that could change your life.
