‘Parents Plus’ Programme coming up end of September
A positive and practical course for parents of teenagers ‘Parents Plus’ will be delivered in the Fr. McGrath Centre from Tuesday 30th September 2014 for 8 weeks. The programmes will consist of 8 parent group meetings. During those sessions we will give you input on behaviour management and communications and support you in applying those ideas in your home. Program includes:
- Getting to Know and Connecting with Your Teenager
- Communicating Effectively
- Negotiating Rules and Boundaries
- Teaching Teenagers Responsibility
- Managing Conflict
- Solving Problems Together
