On Wednesday 5th March at 12 o’clock an official launch of Mr. Peter Kieran’s report will be held in The Town Hall, High Street, Kilkenny. The title of the report is the Living Conditions of Children on St. Catherine’s Halting Site, Wetlands, Kilkenny. Guest speaker on the day will be Mr. Fergus Finlay, CEO of Barnados Ireland. The report will provide an overview of living at the St. Catherine’s halting site from child’s perspective.
